Welcome to the Official site of the 2016 Perry Area Sesquicentennial. Perry was founded in 1866 on the banks of Lick Creek by Perry Crosthwaite. Perry is a town of 700 people, located in southwest Ralls County, Missouri and is the southern gateway to Mark Twain Lake. In 2016, Perry will celebrate its 150th birthday with a grand celebration at Bill Trower Memorial Park from August 4th-7th, 2016. The Sesquicentennial celebration is being sponsored by the Perry Community Betterment Organization.
